to the June 29th, 2026 special meeting

of the Delaware County Land

Reutilization Corporation, also known as

the Land Bank. Um, we have I will call

the meeting to order. Note the three of

us constitute a quorum.

And the only uh item of business for

today's board meeting is

uh the approval of our draft cyber

security policy which Justin has been

kind enough to generate and we'll lead

the discussion.

>> Great. Thanks board members. Justin Avi,

director of finance. So in your packet

is a draft cyber security policy. Um, as

some background, last year, House Bill

96 was enacted and it requires certain

um, governmental entities in the state

to adopt the cyber security policy by

July 1st of this year. Um, the policy

that's before you is similar to the one

that was adopted for the Delaware County

Finance Authority. And again, I

apologize for the short notice on this

meeting request, but um, overall what

we're asking for is to adopt this policy

to be in compliance with a revised code.

I'd be happy to answer any questions you

have.

>> Yeah, I don't know if I have any

questions or comments. Um, again, it's

appreciate the the draft. It's it's

pretty straightforward, pretty

comprehensive. We don't have a whole lot

of online activity. Um, so it's not

hopefully not a not a big policy that

we'll need, but again, we're required to

have it.

So, it's good that we do. And I want to

did you help draft this?
